Foxy Tunes is a media player that integrates seamlessly into Firefox so you can listen to music while browsing your favorite websites. Foxy Tunes is also compatible with popular media players so you don’t even have to transfer your playlists or anything, just pick what media player you want and voila! Foxy Tunes currently supports: WINAMP, iTunes, Last.fm, Pandora, WMP, XBOX Media Center and many more.
Foxy Tunes has a very compact and easy to use interface that can be placed at the bottom right hand corner of your browser, which makes it very easy to pause, stop, change the volume, and skip or go back a song. You can also expand and contract the controls if you want to see more options, or to save space. Each time the song changes you can also make Foxy Tunes automatically bring up the song name and album cover.
Foxytunes will also automatically integrate into most media sites, so if you’re browsing Last.fm, or Yahoo! Music — or your favorite social media site, the addon will automatically switch to it so you can control the music right from your browser’s interface. You can even use Foxy Tunes to automatically embed the song you’re currently listening to into blog posts and the like!
